New Jersey medical malpractice lawyer, William O. Crutchlow, is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a 1990 graduate of Colgate University and a 1993 graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is licensed to practice before all New Jersey Courts, the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. His practice focus is on medical malpractice, product liability, serious personal injury and complex tort matters. Mr. Crutchlow has secured numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients both at trial and through settlement negotiations.
Bill is a member of the American Association For Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is a former Trustee with the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and is a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court, District X Ethics Committee. He has been appointed to serve as a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice’s Medical Malpractice Committee. He is a member of the International Society of Barristers. Bill has been recognized by numerous professional organizations for his integrity and his accomplishments on behalf of his clients. He is a recipient of the 2021 “10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction” award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
