Marc has more than 40 years of experience advocating for clients in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal district and appellate courts and has argued successfully before the Iowa Supreme Court. Marc is the only practicing attorney in central Iowa who has both a law degree and medical degree. A recognized leader in Iowa’s legal community, Marc is known for zealously representing his clients both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
