Susan Connors is an experienced litigator with areas of practice focused primarily in the fields of medical malpractice, personal injury and business tort litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Susan has successfully tried and resolved numerous cases, including wrongful birth, medical malpractice cases, and complex business disputes.
Recently Susan and Bruce Nagel received a $4.25 million dollar verdict in a radiology case involving the failure to diagnose parotid gland tumor in a 64 year old school teacher. She and Bruce Nagel also recently obtained a $1.2 million dollar verdict on behalf of a 22 year old female for an unnecessary surgical biopsy that resulted in an injury to a leg nerve. She has also successfully litigated and settled cases relating to delayed ovarian cancer diagnosis, delayed diagnosis of choroidal melanoma, negligent urgent care treatment involving cellulitis and foot amputation, medical negligence in post-surgical care of prostate ablation and the management of wound care/decubitus ulcers.
Susan is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a director of the Moot Court Program. She also served as a judicial intern to Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., U.S. District Court, and was a law clerk for the Honorable Frederick C. Kentz, Jr. in the Chancery Court, Equity Division, Union County. Susan is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School and served as Moot Court Member and Advisor, preparing the written memoranda for student competitions. She graduated from Seton Hall University where she earned Cum Laude distinction and served on the University Senate and Political Science Honor Society.
